Sauna Sessions

Sauna is an opportunity for you to passively receive the benefits of infrared heat therapy - great for rehab, recovery & repair.

In your session, you can opt to include some gentle stretches (if your body currently allows) & include sound & meditation as therapy, for a complete experience. 

How does a Sauna Session work?

You will need to arrive 10 minutes before session start time, change & take your place in the room. Prior to entry you will be provided towels & headphones along with an information card.

Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones

You can use the headphones a few ways, via Bluetooth connection you can:

  • access the list on the directory & use it as a full meditation or sound healing session

  • listen to your favourite podcast, audiobook or music while in session

  • use without any device to lessen any external noise (absolute quiet)

  • you're welcome to bring your own headphones if you choose

Session Details

Sauna Sessions are 45 minutes

10 people max per session

Book via usual platform or via website

Sessions will be: 

Monday 12:30pm ; Wednesday 4:30pm ; Friday 12:30pm; Sunday 2:30pm

2 Towels (1 for session, 1 for shower)
