Bikram

Bikram 90 - is the original Bikram Beginner’s class - 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises – for optimum healing, wellbeing & full benefits of practice, there are 2 sets of most postures, the first set is said to be diagnostic & the second set more therapeutic. Full health, healing & wellbeing benefits of practice are gained in the Bikram 90.

Bikram Express

Bikram 60 - is a shortened quick pace, cardio style of Bikram where the peak postures in series are practiced in 2 sets. It is great for those seeking a quick hit or those time poor. It’s Bikram Express! Bikram experience is preferred.

Hot & Slow

Our in-house originally conceived ‘Hot & Slow’ class is for students who want to gain core strength, balance and flexibility, while opening the body in a gentle way.

Its hot, but not too hot, enough for the far infrared heating to work it’s magic on your body. Perfect for the mobility impaired, arthritis sufferers or those recovering from injury.

Yin

A quiet meditative introspective practice, Yin is less about doing & more about being. It draws us to focus inwards & connect with our true core. It is fully restorative - physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.

Meditation

An opportunity to allow for mind & body to connect in a 30 minute mid-week meditation session. Mediations can be guided or silent. Meditation helps in reducing stress in the midst of a busy schedules & life’s demands. Tune in to create a sense of peace & calm.

Community Class

Community class can be anything really, a dedicated Bikram 90 or Bikram 60 class, a silent Bikram class, a flow class (gentle or power), a combo class – it’s off the charts & anything goes. One Friday per month.
